Here, you will be responsible for the smooth handling of complex insurance cases and processes. You ensure that every step is efficient, precise, and of high quality.


Your Mission as a Case Handler & Quality Manager

As a central pillar within Underwriting Operations, you are the guarantor that our quality standards are followed and that business-critical processes are managed:

  • Case Management & Processing: You are responsible for end-to-end management of offline insurance transactions. This includes correct booking of premiums, creating essential contract documentation within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and managing Policy Workflows.
  • Quality & Compliance: You ensure data quality and guarantee compliance with Chubb's strict standards (e.g., GDPR) through precise entries. You lead the central processes for Operations QA (Quality Assurance) and reporting to ensure operational excellence.
  • Problem Solving & Improvement: You are the contact person for broker inquiries regarding ongoing cases and handle the resolution of Credit Control issues. Through Root Cause Analysis, you identify weaknesses and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Operations processes.
  • Project Support: You act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), support the development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new business tools, and actively drive change forward.


Your Profile

We are looking for employees who weigh their attention to detail and commitment to high standards:

  • Analytical Strength: A pronounced process- and results-oriented mindset along with strong analytical skills are essential for effectively resolving cases and avoiding mistakes.
  • Language Skills: You communicate fluently and confidently in Swedish and English.
  • Expertise & Tools: Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Previous experience in Underwriting Support or within an insurance environment is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: You have a strong customer orientation, persuasive communication skills (written and oral), and the ability to deliver excellent results both independently and in a team.
